Order Dispatch Timelines:

  • International Orders: Dispatched within 9-10 working days.
  • Shipping Charges for Local Orders: Free Shipping.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes or stock unavailability.
  • For international orders, all customs and VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer. Cross-border shipments may also be subject to inspection and clearance by customs authorities.
  • If a parcel is held by customs in the destination country, the customer must provide all necessary documentation to facilitate clearance.
  • Please note, we are not responsible for refunds in cases where parcels are not cleared by customs.
